Where is my data stored?

Friscora keeps your finances and schedule data primarily on your device. Optional iCloud Key-Value sync can help align preferences across your Apple devices when you enable it.

What is schedule sharing?

You can share or pair work schedules with someone you trust using a secure link. That feature uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore so invites and shared schedule data stay in sync.

How does bank statement import work?

Import statements to categorize transactions using the app’s rule-based engine. Categorization runs on your device; the app does not include an in-app AI assistant or cloud ML for your transactions.

How do I send feedback or report a bug?

Open Profile (or the feedback entry point in the app) and use the in-app feedback form. You can describe the issue and optionally attach a screenshot.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Use the data export options in the app (for example from Profile) to generate files such as CSV for your records.

How do I lock the app?

Friscora supports optional authentication (such as passcode or biometrics, depending on your device) so your financial data stays private if someone picks up your phone.
